the Quadovator's Work Light Upgrade for Polaris Sportsman
Our Illuminated Work Light Switch Kit replaces your non-illuminated stock work light switch so you aren’t riding around unintentionally annoying the person behind you with bright white lights. When you turn your work lights on our switch lights up with a Green LED to let you know they’re lit.
For those of you with the work light lenses but without a switch or bulbs, adding our Illuminated Work Light Switch Kit and a pair of bulbs will make your work lights functional. As always, our Otto switches are waterproof, dustproof and submersible so they’ll survive whatever harsh environment they’re subjected to without failure.
Installing this kit is just a matter of removing the upper half of the headlight pod (3 screws) and cutting out one of the molded-in switch templates on the underside of the pod. The switch just snaps into the hole and the loose wires in the pod already have the proper connector on them for connection to the switch.
No matter which kit you purchase, detailed instructions are included along with all the wiring and connectors you need to make it work. To order ask for Work Light Bulbs, $2.50 each, and /or the Illuminated Work Light Switch, $19. You can expect to pay about $4 for domestic shipping.

A note from us on pricing..........You may notice the price mods that include switches has risen slightly. Since 2005 when we began offering other riders modifications that included Otto switches, because they’re the most reliable controls available, our retail pricing for these kits has not changed. Although we’ve absorbed several cost increases during those years to keep the cost of these kits what we consider affordable, recently Otto has increased our cost again by nearly 25%. As much as we hate to do it, we now have no choice but to pass a portion of this increase on to our customers or stop offering these popular modifications. 2/28/12
