If you enjoy the safety of being able to glance at a handlebar mirror to see what’s going on behind you but are frustrated with the mirror constantly being loose or about to fall out, here’s your solution.  And if you have hard plastic grip warmers that stick out farther than the handlebar ends, making it impossible to install a bar end mirror, this is the solution for that too.  This insert is drilled and tapped to the same size thread as the Polaris handlebar mirror bolt.  Simply epoxy it in place (you supply your choice of epoxy) inside the handlebar end and thread your mirror bolt into it instead of using the goofy rubber expanding nut that came with the mirror.  Now your mirror is attached securely and solidly to the handlebar, not just relying on the expansion of a rubber sleeve to precariously hold it in place.  Ask for the Mirror Mount  Mod $8 +shipping (about $3 within the US) and never let a logging truck sneak up on you again!
